My Story
My career in cybersecurity is centered on hands-on IT support, network infrastructure and a problem-solving mindset. From troubleshooting complex issues to working on network systems, I’m building the technical foundation and adaptability needed to secure systems and protect data. My in-person customer-facing roles have strengthened my ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, approachable way — a critical skill in security awareness and incident response. I bring both technical skill and human insight to the day-to-day process.
Technology-related Roles
Focused on supporting technology environments and end users by resolving corporate hardware, software, and network issues while helping maintain operational continuity and effective system utilization. This work requires navigating technical challenges with a service-oriented approach, balancing problem resolution, user guidance, documentation, and coordination to support efficient cross team operations.
Contributed to network operations through support for the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network systems and cross-company infrastructure. Collaborated with technical teams on system monitoring, network documentation, and initiatives aimed at maintaining stable connectivity and dependable performance across the environment.

The eJPT Certification is a beginner-friendly course that taught me how to think and work like a penetration tester in a safe, legal way. It gave me ethical, practical experience through hands-on, real-world-style scenarios that help me identify and assess security threats and weaknesses.
The CompTIA Security+ ce Certification trained me on essential knowledge and skills in cybersecurity, including risk management, threat detection, and incident response. This course ensures that I will meet industry standards for securing networks, systems, and data in security environments.

My Global Perspective
My travel experiences helped shape my view of the world and the importance of tech. From exploring the Amazon rainforest in Manaus to experiencing the historical wonders of each destination contributed to my understanding of cultures and perspectives.
Travel across continents has equipped me with an ability to connect with people from various backgrounds and adapt to different working environments.
